Cleaning Services:

We do not assure all stains, spots or spills to be removed completely. However, we will do our very best to remove them. Some stains, spots or spills are set in due to neglect or lack of maintenance. With cleaning from us, Area Rug Cleaner NYC, you will always be satisfied with our service. If you are not, we will clean the item again at no additional charge. Contact must be made within 24 hours of the original service date. Any new services, even within the 24 hour period, will be charged. No refunds on cleaning..

Repair Services:

With the initial visit, the technician will explain the entire service from beginning to the end. Before this service starts, the full amount must be paid. For any service that we are hesitant to do but are still requested to do by the customer, we waive all warranties and the full amount will be due. No refunds on repairs.

Sales and Installations:

All new sales, installations and rug pads are a final sale and there are no exchanges and no returns. These are custom ordered items and once an order is placed the manufacturer cannot stop the process. No refunds or exchanges on sales and installations including carpets, window coverings and rug pads.
